Training Program Overview
Educators Stress Institute’s program is based on Sparks (1983) recommended holistic approach to dealing with teacher stress. In so doing, our workshops are designed to bring educators together, thereby reducing isolation as they share and brainstorm strategies and techniques. Activities are designed to encourage self-awareness as educators restore perspective and balance, and identify the next step using a problem-focused approach. Each participant receives a stress management book and worksheets which are included in the book. Staff Development practitioners are able to conduct workshops using our powerful books.
